Returns

Refunds will only be considered up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase.

We are happy to refund or exchange for any faults on delivery of your products. We do not refund for change of mind returns. 

Orders must be returned to us in as-new condition, unwashed and unused with tags attached to be processed for refund. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Gift Cards are non-refundable

We do not accept liability for lost or stolen items upon delivery. Parcels cannot be left unattended. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information once the purchase is posted.

To return your item please email returns@dipbeachbath.com.au . We will supply you with a return form. Complete it and return it to us.  Once the product is received and approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment information from your purchase.
